In many sentences:

It is hard to discuss this work in a similar fashion to the previous books I have read. For starters, there is no overarching theme or plot (unless you consider fictitious hobo uprisings and bipedal eels to be a plot"¦). Moreover, it is not even necessary to read the book in any particular order or even all at the same time. With that said, however, I did complete the book in just two short days. Throughout I found it inventive and hilarious. It is not often that I have laughed out loud that often while reading. If you can appreciate absurdity, and outrageous creativity (when you consider everything that went into this book, it is really overwhelming just how much Hodgman is able to create) then it is definitely worth a read. You absolutely must be in the mood for this style of humor, however, or it will undoubtedly fall flat. In the end, the best way to describe this book would be to say that it seems like a good book to read with the book in one hand, and your favorite cocktail in the other.
